"all of Dave.s staff go way out of their way to help. I was on the golf course when a 92 year neighbor called with an emergency in a parking lot. Her car wouldn't start and she didn't know what to do. I asked her who her car insurance was and she said State Farm. I told her to pull out her insurance card and call road side assistance. She did not have her card so I called Dave Steinbach's office and his staff went to work. They called Carol and followed up with roadside assistance and stayed on the phone until roadside took over. The assistance helped her start her car and get her home safely. my Golf game was ruined but that' s another story Thanks to Rosie , Aldo and the other gal whose name escapes me but never the less also was deeply involved."
