"I had a great experience with State Farm Insurance after being in an auto accident on May 11th. While I was stopped for a traffic light a vehicle ran into the back of my Kia Telluride going 20-30mph. My liftgate and rear bumper were badly damaged but fortunately my wife and I were not injured (not that we know of, but time will tell). I checked repair shops and selected one of State Farms preferred shops, Crash Champions, which had great reviews. They received my vehicle on May 14th, got it back on June 25th, and the vehicle looks great. You wouldn't know it had been in an accident. Per my policy, State Farm provided a rental car from Enterprise, which works closely with Crash Champions. Fortunately for me the driver of the vehicle that rammed me also had State Farm, so that helped, especially when the car rental term on my policy reached it's limit and I still needed the rental vehicle longer until my vehicle was repaired and returned to me. During my vehicle repair Crash Champions was denied by State Farm a couple of times for parts that were required for my vehicle. Crash champions called me to advise me of the denials so I called the State Farm claims department, discussed the denial situation with the claims persons, and they authorized approval of the disputed issues. The claims people were very polite, knowledgeable, understanding and considerate every time. There was no dispute or problem while discussing each issue. Once the disputed issue was resolved between us they contacted Crash Champions directly immediately after our conversation and authorized the needed parts. Also, after Enterprise contacted me to advise me that the rental period on my insurance policy was expiring, I called the claims personnel and they extended my rental period using the other driver's policy. They also automatically contacted Enterprise immediately to advise them of the policy extension. This happened a couple of times due to the repair of my Kia taking a little longer than expected. The reason I am writing his review is because I want to emphasize the thoroughness, professionalism, and excellent handling of my claim by the State Farm claim personnel. Their communication with Crash Champions and Enterprise auto rental was excellent and saved me the trouble of being a messenger between them. Everything went very smoothly, with NO disputes due to their obvious experience in handling and resolving claims. They were a pleasure to work with and I appreciate them VERY much. I highly recommend State Farm auto (and home) insurance to everyone due to my excellent experience on this claim. The claims personnel were so easy to work with. They explained information to me clearly and concisely so I understood every issue we discussed. And they listened to my point of view during our discussions. As information, in checking various auto repair shops, almost all prefer to work with State Farm because State Farm is easy for them to work with on repairs."
